Tracking order and shipping status
An order confirmation message with an order ID number will be emailed after placing your order. A shipping notification message will be emailed to you upon shipment. If you do not receive these notifications, please contact us.
The shipping notification message will contain a tracking number, which may be used to track the package(s) from the order at UPS.com or if it's a DHL eCommerce tracking number, at https://www.logistics.dhl/us-en/home/tracking/tracking-ecommerce.html.
Order history and status can be viewed on our website, and requires logging in to our website.
If you don't already have an account with us, and previously checked out as a guest, please check your email for a message from us around the time you first ordered – clicking the link within the message will enable you to create an account and link your new account to any past order(s).
