What if my merchandise arrives damaged or defective?

If your merchandise arrives damaged or defective, please contact our customer service department within five (5) business days. Please keep all packaging materials and merchandise in the original box for inspection by our carrier, UPS. Please be prepared to share images of the damage with our customer service department.

After the damage is documented with our customer service department, a prepaid return shipping label may be issued so the goods can be returned to our warehouse. If available, undamaged goods will be reshipped to you. Otherwise, a refund or store credit will be issued after the returned goods are received and inspected.

We reserve the right to approve or deny any return, refund, or store credit request for any reason, at our sole discretion.
